Recently, China Bester Group and Huaxin Design Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Wuhan. It has gathered a large number of digital technology companies and has a large demand for AI large model training and application. Huaxin Design Institute has been in Zhejiang for 40 years and has become a first-class digital engineering service and comprehensive intelligent service provider in China, undertaking many IDC computer room construction projects for Internet and AI companies in Zhejiang and even across the country. The two parties will rely on Huaxin Design Institute's advantages in terms of regional location and industry customer resource in Zhejiang to develop customers with computing power needs in Zhejiang and the Yangtze River Delta region, leverage China Bester Group's computing power service capabilities, and jointly expand the computing power market. The two parties will increase research on information and communication industry models and jointly promote the vertical application of industry models.

In terms of data business, the establishment of the National Data Bureau is an important measure to implement the national digital strategy. As a leading province in the country's digital reform, Zhejiang’s comprehensive development level ranks first in the country. And it is accelerating the construction of the "Digital Yangtze River Delta" and the development and utilization of public data resources, continuously optimizing digital services to benefit the people, promoting the digital transformation of the economy and society, and modernizing the provincial governance system and governance capabilities. 

Huaxin Design Institute is the main service provider for government and industry information construction in the Yangtze River Delta region.
