At the beginning of the new year, a new type of coronavirus pneumonia broke out across the country, and the epidemic situation in Wuhan, Hubei Province was particularly serious. In the face of the sudden epidemic, China Bester actively responded. On January 22, an emergency national video conference was held by the management, and the epidemic prevention and control emergency headquarters was immediately established. I personally acted as the commander in chief to coordinate the company's comprehensive prevention and control of the epidemic. We’ve carried out work including disinfection and protection of office and business premises in all parts of the company, personal protection for personnel returning to Wuhan before the Spring Festival, daily tracking feedback and summary reporting of the health of employees in various regions, and raising charitable donations to support the "anti-epidemic frontline". During the Spring Festival, the 5G base station construction of Wuhan Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals was specially organized, and the dedicated passenger line construction and communication network guarantee tasks of designated hospitals in Jingzhou, Yichang, Xiangyang, Huanggang in Hubei and Nanjing, Guangdong, Guangzhou, and Guangxi in Jiangsu. Up to now, the company's more than 3,000 employees have not had a single case of new coronavirus infection. The prepared 75,000 masks, 5,000 sets of protective clothing, and 800 thermometers have been distributed to various offices and resident project departments.

At present, the pneumonia epidemic has had a serious impact on China's national economy, and most companies are unable to resume work and production and resume normal operations. The company is headquartered in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. As the local government decided to resume work no earlier than March 10, Hubei employees in the company's resident offices and project departments are still unable to return to their original jobs. In order to ensure that the communication network construction task and emergency network guarantee service are well done in the extraordinary period, the company is currently gradually classifying and resuming work step by step. The specific measures are as follows:

1. The company's epidemic prevention and control emergency headquarters is now transferred to Shenzhen to be responsible for the command and dispatch of branches, business departments, offices, and project departments across the country. The management department of the company headquarters implements online home office work. The offices in provinces outside Hubei have been on duty in accordance with the requirements of local governments. The five major districts of the company have been on duty and are facing the front desk to ensure the normal operation of the company.

2. The company will actively cooperate with the local government in the prevention and control of the epidemic, strengthen its own protection, and ensure that no clusters and mass infections occur during the resumption of work. Employees who are about to return to work will unconditionally abide by the local government's epidemic prevention and control regulations. If there is a local self-isolation requirement, the company will properly arrange the daily life of the quarantined employees to ensure that there is no negative impact.

3. The company has implemented the production materials and the strength of the operation team based on the information it has since the outbreak of the epidemic. Before the end of the epidemic, the company will ensure the progress of the implementation through additional construction forces, overtime, and additional measures for customers' needs for emergency response, security, and medical institution network construction. For conventional projects that have the conditions to start construction, the company will ensure the progress of the project by improving operation efficiency and other means.

4. In view of the special situation that Hubei employees in some positions of the company are temporarily unable to work, the company has arranged local cadres with equivalent professional capabilities to temporarily manage them. The escrow cadres will communicate with customers in a timely manner through WeChat, telephone, email, etc., communicate on-site work conditions, and solve various problems arising in the service process at any time.
