On March 6, the Signing Ceremony of the Agreement on Capital Increase and Equity Transference between China Bester Group and Zhechu Energy was held in Bester’s headquarter. Li Liubing, chairman of Bester, and Tang Weifei, general manager of Zhechu, signed the agreement as representatives of both sides. Li Yun, the Financial Director, Lu Nianqing, the Vice President of Bester Group, Tang Haibin, the general manager of new energy company, and Qian Zhenhua the chairman of Zhechu and Zhang Haiqiang attended the ceremony.

This year, the company clearly regards the new energy business as the second major business and continues to vigorously layout the new energy industry. The investment and operation of industrial and commercial photovoltaic energy storage projects and the EPC business of photovoltaic energy storage projects are witnessing rapid development. As an enterprise that produces battery systems and provides overall solutions for cross-field use, Zhechu’s main business covers the design, integration and manufacturing of power battery systems and energy storage systems. With many years of experience on battery management system industry and solid technology research and development capabilities, its technical team can provide strong technical support for the company’s business on lithium battery energy storage. 


After signing the agreement, China Bester Group holds a total of 43% equity of Zhechu, and Zhechu will become a participating stock company of China Bester Group. The two parties aim to achieve the production of new energy power battery, energy storage system integration and technical service capabilities through this resource integration, perfecting the Bester’s new energy business layout, and creating new profit growth points for the group.
